ASN student discount opportunity.
Through generous support from the American Society of Naturalists (ASN) we are pleased to provide the opportunity for 25 students (undergraduate and graduate) to receive a discount on registration for SEPEEG 2012. Application for this award consists of submitting a single sentence description and citation to the question "What is the most influential peer-reviewed scientific paper contributing towards our understanding of how ecology, evolution, and population genetics shape biodiversity within the past 50 years?". Deadline is 5:00PM EST Monday September 17th. Awardees will be notified by Monday September 24th.
Please submit your answers directly to Amy Lawton-Rauh using the following address: amy...@gmail.com
An independent, anonymous reviewer of submissions will rank applications. All submissions will be put into a small presentation that will scroll through submissions... to spark discussion!
Note that membership in ASN is not required. Everyone is welcomed to show appreciation to ASN for this opportunity by becoming members.
Good luck!
