Dear SEPEEG-ers (and wanna bes):
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:
The registration and payment deadline for SEPEEG 2012 has been extended to midnight Sunday, September 30th. There are currently 105 registrants and we can have up to 130 folks registered (housed, and fed). All PayPal payments should be receiving confirmation emails during the next 1-2 days (a glitch has been fixed). You will also have a paper receipt given to you in your 'swag paper bag' at the meeting. If you require a letter for students that must document their presentation acceptance and/or registration for the meeting, please email me with the subject starting with 'SEPEEG LETTER'.
KEYNOTE SPEAKER DR. DAVID HECKEL:
Dr. Heckel's abstract plus a few papers from his group on his topic are posted on the SEPEEG website homepage:

The title of Dr. Heckel's keynote talk for Saturday's 'An Evening of Science':
"Insect-bacterial coevolutionary interactions on two time scales: The case of Bacillus thuringiensis"

A FEW OTHER NOTES ABOUT PRESENTATIONS, TITLES, ETC.:
The presentation guidelines (including poster dimensions) have already been posted on the GoogleSite.
Titles for talks and posters will be requested in a separate email to all registrants.
The suggested packing list currently buried in a mysterious spot on the GoogleSite will be relocated to make it easier to actually read and use.
