If you have actually joined this group (not just reading the posts which anyone can do) and have questions, please post them.  For some, this may be different for you.  I will try my best to help you anyway that I can.  There are actual settings that you can toggle to increase/limit the number of email messages that you receive from this forum.  I believe the default is to send a message each time someone posts; however, you can disable this feature if you tend to go to the web site when you want information or you can even configure it to send you a daily digest of messages that occurred that day.
