We've identified the error. It's a bug in how CSV data is processed
internally during the classification workflow. The issue is on the platform
side, not related to your CSV files, which is consistent with what you
observed, with both new and previously working files failing.
 
We're working on a fix and will deploy it accordingly. We'll update this
thread once the fix is live.
