Activation d'un compte sepal

Bonjour chers administrateurs SEPAL 

Je viens porter secours à un collaborateur du nom de Lakis Mowan Christophe qui a eu créer un compte SEPAL depuis plus d'un an . Mais il n'arrive pas à y accéder. Pouvez vous nous aider à retrouver son compte ? On a tenté en vain de créer un nouveau compte SEPAL depuis un mois. Merci d'accuser réception.
