Dear sepal colleagues,

I am using timeseries recipe in Sepal. I draw a graph ndvi and other indices. The range should be -1 to 1 but the graph is depicting thousand values. Do i need to convert these values and how?

Secondly, Is there any capabilities to download the graph?

Finally, the index are produced based on point location. What if I want to get an index of a specific area, may be agricultural farm boundary or forest?Screenshot 2025-01-15 at 14.31.18.png

Dear Kyaw Moe Aung,

I trust that you are doing well! Sorry for the late response! Below are answers to your questions:
  1. The index values have been scaled by 10,000 and turned into integers. This is done to turn them into int16 and make images smaller.
  2. No, its not possible to download the graph. The simplest way is to take a screenshot, another way which is a bit technical is to look at the browser inspector, and extract the data from the network call.
  3. At the moment, it is not possible to generate an index for a region. I would suggest you try that in Earth Map (https://earthmap.org/), and you should be able to generate NDVI annual or monthly timeseries for a region of interest.
Thank you for your questions, the developers will work towards including such features in the tool.

Regards,
Teo
