Dear SEPAl Team,

Hello. I am a new SEPAL user. I want to use SEPAL to perform fragmentation analysis on my images stored in GEE assets. I applied for additional resources and have successfully connected my SEPAL account with my GEE account, as shown in Attachment 1. However, when I use the fragmentation module in GWB analysis, I cannot directly select the images stored in GEE assets in the file selection step. It seems that only SEPAL folders are available for selection, as shown in Attachment 2. Do I have to exchange the images in the GEE assets to SEPAL? Or am I ignoring something?

Sincerely,

Lijiaxi

Dear Lijiaxi,

The GWB module works with SEPAL instances and doesn't use Google Earth Engine.
You can download the assets to the SEPAL workspace (as .tif rasters) and perform the analysis using the module.
For more information, you can find the documentation for the module here: https://docs.sepal.io/en/latest/modules/dwn/gwb.html.

Best,

Daniel G
