[Action Required] Verify your noncommercial eligibility for Google Earth Engine

Dear SEPAL people

You may have recently received an e-mail from Google Earth Engine with this subject heading.  The e-mail asks Project Administrators of existing noncommercial Earth Engine Projects to reconfirm their eligibility for free, noncommercial use of the platform.

Due to our (SEPAL's) Collaboration Agreement with Google, your operational use of Earth Engine for your national forest inventory and environmental monitoring is considered noncommercial. Therefore, you will remain eligible for noncommercial use and will not be required to pay for Earth Engine for your operational work in these thematic areas.

Of course educational and experimental use of GEE also remains under noncommercial use, as it has been.

Please be patient while I follow up with Google for specific instructions for you. I am currently in communication with them to seek advice on how to best answer the questions in the questionnaire.
