ftp access

Dear all.

I am trying to access ftp server and got inactivity error.

I use ftpzilla and followed documentation instructions.
https://docs.sepal.io/en/latest/setup/filezilla.html

These are error messages:
Comando: open "jua...@ssh.sepal.io" 22
Error: La conexión superó el tiempo de espera después de 20 segundos de inactividad
Error: No se pudo conectar al servidor

Are there some changes or special parameters I need to give to filezilla?

I found a port number error.
Previous ftp messages in this group solved the problem.
