Issue opening Jupyter Lab/Notebook in SEPAL

Dear SEPAL Users,

 

I am experiencing an error when trying to open both Jupyter Lab and Jupyter Notebook within the SEPAL platform.

The error message I receive is "Failed to run Jupyter Lab."

 

I was wondering if this issue is only happening on my side, or if other users are experiencing similar problems connecting to the service today.

I would really appreciate any feedback or suggestions on how to resolve this.

Are you still experiencing the issue? 
From my side both Jupyter Lab and Jupyter Notebook open with no errors.
