Hello SEPAL team, I am trying to import CSV training samples for classification, but SEPAL keeps failing. I tested both a new CSV and another CSV that had worked previously, and both failed. I then received the message: “We are terribly sorry, but something went wrong with SEPAL. Please reload the page and try again.” This suggests the issue may be on the platform side rather than with the file itself. Could you please help me check this?

regards.

Hi Rodgers,

Thanks for reaching out and for providing such clear details — that was very helpful.

We've identified the error. It's a bug in how CSV data is processed internally during the classification workflow. The issue is on the platform side, not related to your CSV files, which is consistent with what you observed, with both new and previously working files failing.

We're working on a fix and will deploy it accordingly. We'll update this thread once the fix is live.

Best regards,
Daniel G

Dear Rodgers,

We have resolved the issue affecting CSV training sample imports in SEPAL.

Please try uploading your CSV file again. It should work normally now. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.

Best regards,

SEPAL Team
