Hi,
If it was previously working my guess will be that no instances are started on the SEPAL server.
To check that your parameters are still correctly set, can you try it again but first go to the SEPAL website and start an instance (e.g. t1).

If it works, it means that your credential are perfectly set. You can then try again without opening an instance. Insist several time with FileZilla if you didn't start any SEPAL instance.

If it doesn't work then we need to try something else.

Best,
Pierrick

Connecting the FTP client will automatically start a new instance (if one isn't already runnin). There might have been a timeout while waiting for that instance to come online? Can you try to reconnect after getting the error, and see if it works the second time?

If that doesn't work, go to https://sepal.io and check if an instance was successfully launched. If you don't see any instance, it might be that AWS (Amazon Web Services, that host Sepal) temporary ran out of instances of the type we're using. That typically sorts itself out after a couple of minutes. Try to manually launch an instance from the terminal in Sepal and retry with FTP once it's up.

Let us know how it goes.

Cheers,
Daniel
