Issue Accessing Virtual Environments on SEPAL

Dear SEPAL Users,

Earlier today I was running a job on sepal.io when the service appeared to experience an outage. The platform now seems to be accessible again; however, I am currently unable to access the virtual environments I previously created.

I would like to check whether this issue is occurring only on my account or if other users are experiencing similar problems connecting to or accessing their environments today.

Any feedback or suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Dear SEPAL users

SEPAL was upgraded this morning. Apologies for interrupting anyone. As part of this upgrade we also upgraded to Python 3.12.3. Maybe this is causing issues with venvs?

We are looking into it.
