Dear Sir,

Today me and my group members came to sliit to meet you and discuss about the vacation workload, But you weren't there sir. We checked your cubicle at four different times, But we were unable to meet you. Finally we decided to go back home. However about the workload we have planned the functions we are going to implement. Can we send the decided workload for your approval through email ?

Dear Sachith,

You just asked whether I am there at SLIIT today. You didn't ask any time slot to meet me. I came to SLIIT, but I was not in my cubical. It is a waste of your time. It is not the proper way of getting an appointment. As you also know people are having predefined set of plans in a day, therefore at least try to send me a time when you want to meet me. I don't like to waste your time because of me. You can send me the progress through an email. I ll try to reply you as soon as possible.
