Release Presentation Time Problem

Dear Sir,

We have find out that the First Release Presentation for our group (SEP_WD_02) is scheduled to 21st May 2012 at 8.30 - 9.00 AM according to the presentation schedule published in the Moodle. But we are unable perform the presentation at the desired time as one of group member (IT 10 1907 08 - K. U. S. Madanayake) who is currently employed at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, can not obtain leave from her work place. Hence please be kind enough to reschedule the presentation time after 4.00 PM and enable us to participate for the presentation as expected.

Further for your information sir,we have already requested the same through a letter handed over to Mr. Nuwan Kodagoda in previous presentations.

Dear Deshan,

I know that you have requested as such. There were more than 3 groups who has issues like these. But release presentation is an exam and therefore we can't re-arrange them according to the rule. But there is one option. You can do a mutual time change. Just talk with any group who is having the presentations at that time and who can come early in the morning to your time slot. Or else, just meet Nuwan sir and talk to him about this issue.
