Project workload for the period of 19th March – 26th March

• Revised the two reports implemented in the first iteration with the modifications such as redesign the report, changed the format and font etc.

• Implemented grade wise report containing  a list of student details (with admission numbers and student names) and total number of students  for that category (categories: grade wise, class wise, subject wise)

• Implement the class wise, subject wise parts of the report as the grade wise part, with  a list of student details (with admission numbers and student names) and total number of students  for that particular category and completing the entire report.
• pie charts indicating percentages of total number of students for each category.

• Documented the comments gave by the panel in the 2nd iteration presentation and listed the things to be improved in 3rd iteration.
• Discussed with mother(as she is a school teacher in her profession) about things to be added to improve the report contents more effectively. listed the information which are mostly used by them and also which are tedious to create manually.
• Revised 2nd iteration reports by implementing a sort by feature to sort the report contents according to student index no., admission no., class, grade etc.
• Created reports according to the sorting facts.
