General Guideline for the presentation

1.       Show me your system before the presentation

a.       Those who have the presentation on Monday, share the screen shots of the system in your group, and try to get my feedback.

b.      Others can meet me Monday/Tuesday early in the morning(before 8.30AM) or after 5 PM.

2.       All members should present their contribution WITH NO MINIMAL number of errors (No Need to go the code level)

3.       The order of the presentation should be well organized. It should start from the system login (if there is) and start the rest of the transactions like someone performs in the real environment.

4.       Try to show the more complex things rather than very simple things. (Ex- If you have insert form which has so many fields to be inserted, it will take more time which make no sense. Because no marks will be allocated for the data entry parts. Therefore try to show it by adding some dummy data. But your system should have some meaningful data which is already added and you can show us by going through the view section. Instead of showing the insert, you can easily show the update part by editing the newly added record. )

5.       Conclude the presentation by login off from the system (if it is there)

6.       Assign a spokesperson from the group to answer for the general questions or redirect the question to the others. (he/she is not necessary to be the group leader)

7.       Make use of the time allocated (20 Mins) to present everything you have done.  

8.       Make sure to bring the iteration document.
