I have blonde highlights done at the AVEDA Salon in Central City (behind Shinseage). The girls name is Jessica and the phone number is 02 6282 2030. I have shoulder length hair and a full head of foils and cut is around 220,000KRW. I have been using Jessica for 2 years and have never had a problem.
