Seoul Brothers,
The war for the Yankee Army is almost over and it's time for us
to get back to the debauchery that has endeared us to the Korean
people since 1972. This week our very own Grand Master OB-1 will be
setting trail for all you half minds. I know the beer has been local
lately, but the imported stuff will be back this weeks so you won't
have to drink formaldehyde laden Hite this week just warm beer the
hooch has been storing in his van!
Time: 1600
Hare: GM OB-1
Cost: Pay your dues or 10,000 KW
Location: Namtaeryeong down South of the Han
OnOn~~Victoria's Secret, HON SEC
D' Erections
Directions to the run:
Via motorized cart or other conveyance: Head across the Mighty Han
River on the Dongjak Bridge, and as you approch the southern side of
the bridge, you will head down and left, but soon after coming down
the bridge ramp move into the right lane so that you can veer right at
the complex intersection just ahead and continue heading south. Head
south past the Sadang intersection and then continue heading south, up
the hillside that winds up and up, and notice on the right side of the
hill that the Goodbye Lions that mark the end of the Seoul City limits
can be seen not far below the crest of the hill. Reaching the crest
of the hill and heading down, position your chariot on the right side
of the road and do NOT enter the tunnel but stay to the right so that
you can make a legal U-Turn at the intersection above the tunnel.
Make the U-Turn and head back up the hill, and note that you are
heading north back in the direction of Seoul. Remember to stay out of
the bus lane to aviod the prying camera eye, but be prepared to turn
right as you near the crest of the hillside, where there is a dirt
track to that leads into the on-on site, and you will see this and
turn in here at about 150 yards below the top of the hillside. Park
on the right side of the this dirt track.
Via Subway: Take line #4, the blue line, south from any station north
of the Han River and go to Namtaeryeong Station, station #434, and
take the south eastern exit from the station. When you reach groud
level, notice that there is a major road leading up a hillside.
Follow the sidewalk next to this road uphill and then as you reach the
crest of the hill, notice that about 150 yards below the crest, you
will see the dirt track in the driving directions above. Turn in here
to the on-on site.
Hope to see everyone at this Excellent Run Site!
