No data returned from API?

I've been playing with the API this evening; making valid requests but
none of them seem to return any data?

I've tried url-metrics/ and links/

For example...

Example request:
http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/url-metrics/http%3A%2F%2Fwww.seomoz.org%2F?AccessID=member-xxxxxx&Expires=1300317189&Signature=xxxxxxx

Response: {"fmrp":0,"fmrr":0,"pda":1,"ueid":0,"ufq":"","uid":0,"umrp":
0,"umrr":0,"upa":1,"upl":"","us":0,"ut":"","uu":""}

Is it temporarily down? What's the deal?

The SEOmoz API is experiencing some instability this afternoon as of
