unauthorized api 'links' error

If you see this error you should make sure you check out the (just
added) note on this wiki page:
http://apiwiki.seomoz.org/Links-API

You have to include Scope and Sort query parameters or else you'll get
a 401 Unauthorized error telling you "unauthorized api 'links'

The problem here is that the way the links call works depends a lot on
those two query parameters.

I hope that clears up some of the confusion.
