Job Position : Software Support Engineer
Functional Area : Application Support, Maintenance
Walk-In Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Job Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Job Timings : Monday to Saturday, 11.00 AM to 8.00 PM
Desired Qualification : BCom/BCA/B.Tech/BE- (Computers), MCA
Desired Experience : 0 to 2 Years
Candidate Requirements :
• Should be open to work beyond office timing (occasionally) but should be ready for providing support to client 24*7.
• Should have excellent communication skills in English Written and Verbal.
• Should have excellent troubleshooting skills and know how to use remote assitance tools like TeamViewer, CrossLoop, Join.Me, GoToMeeting, MS Remote Desktop etc.
• Ability to use the infrastructure systems for phone, chat, and email support
• Proficient language skill in US English.
• Candidate may have to work on different technologies like windows application, drivers, php or mobile application as and when required, thus Candidate should be open to technologies and should be willing to work on different programming languages/technologies like web, windows and mobile .( No Programming / coding skills required, just need to use those technologies for testing and troubleshooting )
Job Description :
• Troubleshooting for technical issues related to Application/Software.
• No programming / coding skill required. Yes should know SQL Statments
Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) :

• No heavy accent
• Rate of speech adaptable to customer conversation
• Proper English Grammar
• Pronunciation
• Spelling
• Punctuation
• Excellent vocabulary and use of common phrasing

Technical Skills :
• Familiar with MS Operating Systems
• Technical understanding of MS Operating Systems (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7)
• Should have good knowledge of SQL Queries ( Joins, Group By , Order By etc….)
• Demonstrated ability to properly diagnose and resolve.
