License for publication about the dataset on medium.com

I apologise if you received already many demands of the same kind.

I have studied the sentiment140 dataset during scholarship, and would like to publish some studies on medium.com :

- 1/ about batch processing the NLP pipeline, to accelerate the processing.

- 2/ Zipf law and related lingistic analysis of the corpus.

medium.com (towards data science publication team) is asking me to provide a license for such publications.

Is there a licence that I can use?

Can I have your agreement for publishing studies about this dataset?
