License for the data

Hi,

We consider using the dataset for our research and could not understand the license.

I have found the academic and commercial licenses for the API, but not the dataset\benchmark.

I am in a company, but want to use it for research purposes (create new models, architectures, publish papers etc.), can I train on it and report results? Could you perhaps add it to your licensing somewhere? 

(Perhaps also write for commercial purposes if one needs to pay if only the published data is needed, just for the sake of completeness)
