Current state-of-the art for Sentiment140?

Hello, 

I'm a student and want to try out a new classification approach on the Sentiment140 data set. 

Would someone be able and so kind to direct me to the current state-of-the-art on this data set as a benchmark?

Hello,

I need a tweet dataset that includes labeled neutral tweets as well as positive and negative tweets. I saw that in the description of Sentiment 140, tweets that are labeled with "2" are neutral tweets. However, when I downloaded the dataset I saw that there are no data labeled as "2", there are only "0"s and "4"s. What should I do about this?

Discard the 2s or club them with the 4s and you can do binary classification
