sentiment analysis using SVM

I am working on my final year engineering project title "Sentiment Analysis of user comments towards Politician" 
In system i want to classify the comments into two classes positive and negative polarity and through that classification I will calculate the overall sentiment score for an politician.

I have attached below the system which i am going to develop. 
Now I am very new with SVM. I would appreciate if you can provide me any kind of help for same.
(If possible you can provide me some relevant documents for study or a sample demo code that will help me a lot)
