The user is blocked

Hello, I ran the Sentilo setup as described in the docs. Now I try to log in on the page http://127.0.0.1:8080/sentilo-catalog-web/. However, this only works with "platform_user" / "sentilo".
All entries with "admin" are blocked directly with:
"The user is blocked, please contact with the administrator."
I have not changed the default settings. Where is the problem ?

Hi,

We asume you have executed the user creation sript: https://sentilo.readthedocs.io/en/latest/setup.html?language=en#data-load
Hard to say what did happen, but if you can access using platform_user, you could update admin's password and validate that the active field is checked.
When a user is blocked this field is not checked.
