Progress bar not passing 50%

Hello everyone,

I am using the Sensus app to assess mental health and activity levels but I am running into some issues. The protocol is set up, however, whenever I start it and click submit, the progress bar does not go past 50% and then freezes or crashes. Is this a problem with my settings or is there anything else I'm not considering?
