Image Salsa software FTP upload

When Im trying to upload a cam to the Sensr site its asking what file
name or Directory I should put it at.
I have all the other info in, it shows its connecting, but then gets
stuck on the status of sending file.

I have tried image.jpg and same thing,

When doing an FTP Upload, please be sure to select "Passive" mode. If not using Passive mode the data transfer will never occur.
