Thanks for putting this together Marco.
I am putting Dounia in C.C. because she expressed the desire to participate in FAB 16.
Dounia, we have a timeslot at the event and below you see what Marco proposes. If you have time, you can help with facilitation coordination and outreach. This would provide you some visibility that you'll he able to leverage.
Marco, I agree with all that. We still need to design and agree on a format. How are these guests going to interact? What's the structure?
To design this, I would work backwards from what we want to achieve. There is not anough time for presentations. Michel for example would take a lot.of time, because he has a lit to say. I know him, he's interesting and difficult to stop :)
What are these people have in common.
How are those people different and what are the complementatiries?
Putting them together, what could we extract from them? This is an event, meaning that perhaps once in the lifetime they will be together in the same virtual room. What do you think could emerge from this interaction? Something special! If everyone presents his thing that's a mosaic. But people can get that info by looking at past presentations and reading past text. What could emerge in context, what's the chemistry, what.magic can happen?
Once we get an idea about that we can design a process to increase the chance that it emerges.
We could for example go the collective intelligence way, build some commun ground, put them on some conceptual / cognitive ground and then stimulate the group's creativity to get something new out of it. I see this as a co-creative process, push everyone's boundaries, transcend everyone's views. But that's just an idea.
Can we do the magic?! Can we go beyond the panel format, the mosaic where they don't speak to eachothers, don't cocreate, don't transcend? People are growing tired of the same old "look how good I am follow my ideas".
Also in C.C. Tim. He gets my proposition here and he'll probably suggest something.
Hi Tibi!!
Let's close our agreements:

We have 3 panels projected. We are going to present in this time spot (Th 12) the MakeShift Series
It is ok to mention Sensorica as Co-Organizer and we think it should be like that.

5. Your Role As Moderator
This is a confirmation of our chat where we consulted you to be part of the GFLN Coordinator / Team at the Conference.
In our approach, moderators must excel in the art of conversation and smart querying in a way to improve the Delphi output. Also, Moderator has Zoom controls as Co-Host.
If you happen to have any doubt, please do not hesitate to contact me anytime.
Kind Regards
Marco Zubieta
