Open source raspberry pi based home electrical energy monitor project seeking contributions

Hey guys, there is a project seeking contributions that I want to share.  It's not under the Sensorica system yet, but part of the larger ecology.  If anyone here knows some raspberry pi and basic electrical engineering, perhaps you could investigate contributing?
