designing the business model for GrowSense

Hi John and Ken, 

Let's fix one day a week to work on the business model of growsense. This is not an easy task and requires sustained and synchronous work. 

We can document as we go, and invite others to follow and intervene. Since this initiative will be announced, anyone who want to influence the process can join/follow and provide support. 

We can brake this process into smaller tasks that we can address in every work session. 

I can play the role of facilitator, taking notes, documenting, and provide insight from our past experience and other existing models. I don't want to influence the process a lot, just help, assist, and provide some opinions here and there. My role in Sensorica is to let business models evolve with input from everyone.

I'm up for that.

We can document as we go, and invite others to follow and intervene. Since this initiative will be announced, anyone who want to influence the process can join/follow and provide support. 

I would definitely encourage others to get involved. I think we need to establish a team/board to create or at least review the business model as it evolves.

I want to get as wide a range of inputs as possible to make sure we cover all our bases and make sure every aspect is constructively critiqued to avoid any future issues.

We can brake this process into smaller tasks that we can address in every work session. 

Maybe one of the first steps should be to try and create a list of the tasks/steps/sections we need to address then tick them off one by one.

I also think we should create drafts of everything and have them reviewed before we settle on anything.
