Sending time format 2014-04-17T23:15:30.014719+0200 but i get 400 Bad Request due to date time UTC format.
what is wrong?

I haven't played with this yet, but I wonder if it's because your timezone isn't UTC? (offset +0000)?
It seems like that should *not* be an issue, (because why accept a TZ offset if you don't honor it?), but just the first thing I would try.
