Call for Panels to be Sponsored by the Senegambian Studies Group (SGSG) at the 2019 African Studies Association Conference at Boston

Dear Member of the Senegambian Studies Group,

 

 

I am writing to ask if you would be able to organize a panel that the Senegambian Studies Group (SGSG) could sponsor at the 2019 African Studies Association Meeting at Boston?

 

If you are interested in submitting a panel proposal and abstracts, please fill out the attached form and send it to me as soon as possible, preferably before the end of March 12th. The deadline for submitting a panel proposal and abstracts to the ASA is March 15.  Even if the author of the proposal (that is, yourself) will be responsible for submitting the documents, I and other members of the SGSG’s board would like to read the texts before you submit them to the ASA.

 

Please find attached a template that you could use to submit your panel’s proposal and abstracts to us. Also, please send the proposal and abstracts to my email address that appears below before you submit them to the ASA by their March 15 deadline:
