There are 3 types of Business Analyst/Product Owner requirements.

Req:Product Owner / Business Analyst
In this role, the PO will work with the Product Manager, Scum Master, team and other internal and external stakeholders to define, design, develop, test, deploy, and gain acceptance of enhancements and extensions of the PEGA Systems-based Benefits Manager and Code Manager applications.
Tasks:
· Define product roadmap in conjunction with management and stakeholders
· Write agile scrum epics, features, and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
· Make timely decisions on feature prioritization on behalf of the customer, so the delivery teams can act on those.
· Develop supporting business analyses, presentations, documentation, etc. as required.
· Own the Product Backlog and participate in Agile grooming sessions on product user stories.
· Participate as a key part of Sprint and Release Planning.
· Participate hand-on user acceptance testing.
· Accept user stories on behalf of the customer.
· Do presentations and software demonstrations via webinar and in person.
· Support product evolution by engaging all stakeholders and sponsors to facilitate the documentation of future state requirements, the development of a Product Vision/Roadmap for the future, and the alignment of stakeholders on the path ahead.
· Work very closely with the Scrum Master, Project Manager, Product Manager and the Scrum Team to achieve team goals.
· Serve as a product expert and work with the scrum team and others to deliver solutions to meet end user and market needs
This is a leadership role, and candidates need the talent and enough years of IT and business experience to demonstrate such.
Required Skills: Demonstrated experience as an Agile Product owner. Should possess the ability to understand future product needs, and influence their prioritization with all stakeholders, so that the Scrum Team can execute on them. Should have good interpersonal skills and leadership skills. Should have excellent English language verbal and written communication skills. Should have outstanding presentation skills and work very well as part of a team.
Required Experience: Out of the 5 years experience required, at least 3 years of experience is required in a combination of the following:
· Hands-on working knowledge of Healthcare Claims Processing systems (ideally PEGA Systems HCIF/PCS), including industry codes and adjudication best practices.
· Working knowledge of FEP and/or commercial health insurance codes (diagnosis, procedure, revenue, etc.) and benefits
· Product Owner on an Agile Team.
· Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certifications a plus
· Hands on experience writing user stories and detailed acceptance criteria and scenarios.
· Excellent English language spoken and written communication skills.
· Effective at doing software demonstrations and presentations via webinar and in-person.
· Ideally a detailed knowledge and hands-on experience with FEPOC FEPDirect and other claims processing systems and processes.
· Information Systems Product Management experience (which could include consulting) with state-of-the-art hardware and software systems is desirable
· Deep understanding and experience of web technologies, user experience modeling/evolution etc. Understanding of mobile technologies will be a plus.
· Knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle and the Project Management Lifecycle.
· Business savvy and ability to discover the potential business and product opportunities
· Proven leadership experience in IT delivery
