I am getting ready to send a letter to IRS and need to know if this
application is still functioning -

The interface hasn't been updated to look 'fresh' in a while but send-letter functioning just fine. 

I should note some people have been having some issues with google and amazon payments. Paypal has been the most reliable.

If you send a letter Saturday or Sunday it will go out in Monday's post.
