Is there a change log for today's beta 3 release? A quick look is not seeing any changes other than a test message defaulting to 4 minutes in the future

(To be clear, this release wasn't released today, it was released about a month ago. I just didn't have time to announce it before now and the fixes were minor for people not impacted by them so it wasn't urgent to do so.)
