• • Responsible for managing product life cycle, market strategy, road map, feature prioritization, requirements, development, and market adoption for our in-restaurant/drive-thru payment technology, digital/mobile payment technology, and menu management systems.
• Working with our restaurant and digital product architects, custom application development team, and third-party vendors the Test Lead will be expected to identify opportunities to optimize systems, improve resiliency and reliability, adopt industry best practices, simplify upgrade processes, and standardize integrations with 3rd party systems.
• To be successful the Test Lead must develop strong partnerships with global product owners, development teams, deployment and support teams, third party vendors and service providers, and business stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• The Test Lead is also a people leader for solution readiness managers and business technical analysts and is the owner of implementation decisions for the products.
• The ideal candidate will be results and measurement driven, an exceptional communicator, and exhibit teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous improvement environment.
• The successful candidate will also be recognized for his/her ability to attract and develop top talent for the leadership pipeline.
• 5+ years of QA experience, with 2+ years testing PED
• Own Drive-thru and In-restaurant/store payment device strategy. Collaborate with payment device providers, payment processors to ensure the best payment experience for in-store and drive-thru customers.
• As a recognized payments technology leader, present best-bets, and guidance to operations technology personnel at conferences and field office meetings.
• Partner with Deployment, Support, Vendor Management, and payment device providers to ensure a consistent supply of working devices for US restaurants.
• Ensure all US payment devices are kept up to date with the latest software releases and remain compliant with all PCI and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Payment Providers, Global Technology and Global Treasury to enhance payment experiences.
• Lead delivery of timely, high-quality, effective features/enhancements/builds for payment and menu systems
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Lead demos and showcase new features to critical stakeholders
• Building out, maintaining, and prioritizing/grooming user stories, roadmaps, and aligning across US and Global stakeholders
• Leading development squads/vendor teams in evolution and testing of new features and capabilities
• Managing both employees and vendor partners to successful, collaborative outcomes
