Job Description / Responsibility

• Prepare and deliver long-term strategic plan for software or Web development and presence, including standards and guidelines for technical design, based on business goals and input from stakeholders.
• Prepare project managment plan for every new project for successfull implementation.
• Establish and document guidelines, policies and procedures for software and application development.
• Identify reusable code required for code library and ensure the high quality creation of the code.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses of proposed Desktop Software / Web implementations, enhancements, and modifications.
• Investigates such problems and opportunities to determine the feasibility of a system solution.
• Identify the general kinds of system solution that appear appropriate.
• Analyzes users’ business requirements in detail and, where appropriate, prepares functional specifications for a proposed new (or changed) system.
• Assists and guides prospective users of a proposed new or changed system in: 1. Quantifying the benefits of having the system (or the penalties for not having it), and 2. Assessing the impact of the system on their organization and on the operation of their business.
• Obtains rough estimates of the cost of operating and maintaining a proposed new or changed system, assuming use of appropriate technology, tools, and methods.
• Assists the project manager in identifying the skills and resources needed to implement a new system or to modify an existing system, and in preparing rough estimates of: 1. The cost of developing or changing the system and 2. The duration of a project to do so.
• Assists the users in preparing for the installation and start-up of any new system being implemented.
• Building up the communication with Government or corporate organization through sales team, Technical presentation, Technical documents Preparation for bidding, Documents Submission for achieving the goals.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
