[semweb4j] Jena 2.6.2 support fixed - Thanks

Thanks to Kaspar Fischer the Jena 2.6.2 support has been fixed.

The new JAR can be downloaded from http://semweb4j.org/repo/org/semweb4j/rdf2go.impl.jena26/4.7.3/
it is compatible with the other RDF2GO 4.7.3 parts.

Yes, in general JARs built by Maven are just plain normal jars. Maven just helps to put them online and lets other easily download the right jars. the jars themselves are "normal".

Can these bundles also be easily used in non-Maven-based Eclipse RCP projects?
