Three new EOL macros for TSE for DOS

Hi!

In January I played a little with TSE for DOS v2.50e and came up with
three small macros.

EOLTSET.S - Quickly change TSE's EOL type setting.
EOLTSHOW.S - Permanently show TSE's EOL type setting in StatusLine.
EOLTWARN.S - Warn on EOL type conflict when loading files.

You can grab these from <https://codeberg.org/bttr/stuff>.

(In February I didn't use TSE at all.)
