Linux version: shadows on popups

Here's a small nit in the Linux version of TSE (4.50.13).  Options->Full Configuration->Display/Color Options->Draw Shadows on Popups doesn't seem to make a difference.  No popups ever have shadows.  If this isn't supposed to work on Linux, it probably should be greyed out.

Reproduced:

4.50.13: TSE Linux non-WSL Ubuntu, TSE Linux WSL Ubuntu, TSE for WIndows

Assumed resolution: Usage in 'iconfig.si' something similar to

integer proc GUIMenuFlags()

    return (iif(isGUI(), _MF_CLOSE_ALL_BEFORE_, _MF_GRAYED_))

end

Yep, definitely a bug. One of the functions that I did not know how
to convert to work on linux from many years ago. And of course, I
forgot to add it to my to-do list :(
So thanks for noticing that - I think I can make it work now.
