TSE: Linux: 4.50.19: Cursor: Stops blinking

Hello,

Note: If not reproducible elsewhere, then move immediately towards closing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. TSE 4.50.19 clean

2. xterm terminal used

E.g. here starting from the tcc.exe or also cmd.exe command line:

 start wsl -d Ubuntu -- xterm -fa Monospace -ge 118x29 -fs 10 -e "/mnt/c/temp/tse_linux/tse/e"

3. In 'Full configuration' set the insert cursor to '7' (see screenshot)

4. I assume the same behavior setting overwrite cursor to '6'

5. Exit TSE and restart it again.

6. At first in insert mode the insert cursor will be blinking

7. After a few times blinking the cursor stops blinking.

8. But expected was the insert cursor (and similar for the overwrite cursor) or should keep blinking.
