CursorInBlockAttr changed from Color(Intense Bright White on Green) to
Color(Intense Black
on Green).

New additions to colors:
White by Knud and an updated version of Dark by Carlo. Thanks for the

Prompt display code changed to use CursorInBlock attribute, instead of:
(Query(MsgAttr) & 0x0F) + (Query(CursorInBlockAttr) & 0xF0)
