Configure the position to the immediate right of line numbers:
- Show a border line or not.
- Color it "as other borders" or "as line numbers".

For TSE v4.50.26 it fixes the default wrong line number border color and optionally turns its new border line off.

Changes in v1.1:
- Made the extension compatible with GUI TSE's "Use 3D Characters" option.
My thanks to Eckhard Hillmann for the info on how to do this.
- Made the extension compatible with older TSE versions (v4.4 upwards).
- Border color now configurable "as other borders" or "as line numbers".
