TSE: win.ui: <CTRL V>: Issue

Hello,

I noticed that in the win.ui 

(note: in general by Semware design) all six .ui files in TSE for Microsoft for Windows and TSE for Linux are *exactly the same* thus)

that <Ctrl v> seems to be defined contradicting:

...

<Ctrl v>                PasteFromWinClip()

...

<Ctrl v>                PasteReplaceFromWinClip()

Expected is that it should be only, as usual:

<Ctrl v>                PasteFromWinClip()

(and some other different key for the other replace option)
