eHelp prototype v0.25

THIS IS A PROTOTYPE !
The prototype's goal is to give an impression of the future finished product.
Currently it misses a lot of features and has lots of known bugs.
But it might be interesting to have a look at and play with.

eHelp makes TSE's help-engine display a readable .ehelp file like built-in help.

Its help-functionality is initiated by executing eHelp as a macro:
eHelp <help-file> [(sub)topic]

Typical future use would be to provide TSE-like help for a tool, or to provide an independent alternative to TSE's built-in help, or
to create help for anything else.

A small but significant update to the prototype:
It now comes with a new tool to (re)create an Index topic in a .ehelp file.

For a generated .ehelp copy of TSE's built-in help such a generated index has small advantages (and still some minor disadvantages) compared to TSE's own Index.

It also fixes the compiler notes from the previous version.
Sorry, a prototype needs not be perfect, but that was too sloppy.
