Hello,

1. As it was already accomplished to compile the TSE C 32 bits source code on Microsoft Visual Studio
one could take that project and use that to convert.

2. It could then be an idea to ask the AI:

 1) To first convert that 32 bits TSE C source code to the equivalent 64 bits TSE C source.

 2) Then in the next go or same go ask to convert it also to handle UniCode.

3. Then asking to create similar 64 bits source code that runs on Linux WSL / non-WSL.

4. Optionally create cross compiler versions of the C source code.

with friendly greetings

Note that a limiting factor could be the size of the sourced code files,
so making it necessary to split it in (e.g. independent to convert)
parts.
