Bug notification:

The git extension I recently published might cause TSE to intermittently ignore a keystroke.

I am working on it, but it turns out not to be a simple problem.

Until there is a fix, you might want to uninstall the Git extension by deleting it from your Macro AutoLoad List.

Well, I definitely and demonstrably solved a bug in the Git extension that caused TSE to occasionally miss a key stroke.

In the source code I did a technical write-up of the cause, the solution, and how reproducibly a bug was solved.

But I am a messy typist, and occasionally still get a missing character among my messes: Is that me or is that a remaining bug?

The fix made the Git extension no longer Linux compatible.

I also fixed some minor issues, and improved the documentation significantly, especially the installation section.

Here is the fixed Git extension, v1.0.2:
