TSE: Improving the TSE help: DosCmdLine refers to MacroCmdLine, but MacroCmdLine does NOT refer to DosCmdLine.

Hello,

Expected is thus that the index help for MacroCmdLine shows 

 'see also: DosCmdLine'.

Currently that is not the case.
